M. Rooney & Sons was founded in 1943 by Michael John ("Mick") Rooney to service the property needs of
the local community. In the intervening years M. Rooney & Sons have been
active in Auctioneering, Estate Agency and Valuation works. Areas of
expertise down the years have been farm sales, sites, development land,
shops, pubs etc. The firm has been active in compulsory purchase
representations on behalf of clients. Arbitrations have also featured in the
firm's business. Sean Rooney B.L. a Barrister and Arbitrator and a member of
the Bars of Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and England & Wales,
is a legal consultant to the firm.
